Welcome to QEforgeQEforge is a web portal, using FusionForge as engine, offering an integrated software development environment: CVS or SVN repository, mailing lists, public forums, download space, wiki pages and much more. QEforge is hosted and maintained by the Democritos National Research Center, in collaboration with SISSA - eLab and is open to researchers worldwide active in the field of computer simulation of matter at the atomic scale. Researchers participating in the QEforge initiative will retain complete control over their project (including the right not to release it), while enjoing the advanced development tools that QEforge provides. Our goal is to make QEforge a prime source of scientific software for scientists all over the world. QEforge upgraded to new 5.0 FusionForge Branch Version!
What's new in QEforge 5.0
- Many improvements to the trackers: configurable display, workflow management, links between artifacts, better searches, and more
- Rewritten SCM subsystem, with new plugins for Bazaar (not yet available) and Git
- New version of Mediawiki (not yet available) plugin, providing independent wikis for each project
- New web interface for editing svn authz file (not yet available)
- Various new plugins: projectlabels, globalsearch, extratabs
- An in-depth rewrite of the theme for better accessibility and XHTML conformance
